EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) is a synthetic rubber membrane that offers excellent resistance to UV radiation, ozone, temperature extremes and weathering. Firestone’s RubberCover™ EPDM is a premium product with a life expectancy of up to 50 years. Its flexibility means it expands and contracts with temperature changes, reducing the risk of splits or cracks.
Our flat roofing systems are ideal for garages, extensions, dormers, porches and commercial buildings. We also install EPDM membranes on green roofs and roof terraces.
We remove existing roofing materials, inspect the substrate and make any necessary repairs, then install the EPDM membrane in large, seamless sheets bonded with adhesive. This minimises seams and potential leak points. The membrane is finished with neat edge trims and gutter details.
